TERMS & CONDITIONS: It is agreed that we will not hire directly or indirectly, or use the services of the temporary employee without contacting Pocono Personnel, (a division of Priority Placement, Inc.) to establish fair compensation for losses incurred in the advertising, screening, testing, interviewing and by assigning any identified employee. It is agreed that each temporary employee placed at our company must continue on Pocono Personnel's payroll for a minimum of 480 hours, unless otherwise agreed to, before the employee can be placed into permanent employment by our company. A fee will be charged to compensate Priority Placement, Inc., (Pocono Personnel) for any temporary employee hired on before the agreed upon period. Each employee will receive a four hour minimum pay for each day unless other arrangements are made in advance.

It is agreed that payment will be due 10 days from receipt of invoices. It is also agreed upon that if the account should become past due, we will be responsible for accrued interest on the unpaid balance until fully paid. Interest will be charged at 1.5 % per month (18% per annum) or the maximum rate as allowed by law. Should Priority Placement, Inc, (Pocono Personnel) enforce payment of my account, we will also be responsible for all reasonable costs of collection and legal fees in accordance with the law. By signing this agreement, I have agreed to all terms thereof.

Past Due is any invoice beyond 30 days.
